Here at SWMWR we want you to love your purchase however, we understand that sometimes a return is needed so we do allow returns.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on all unworn items in original condition. All items must have hygiene liners and tags intact. 

• First-time customers enjoy one free return or their first order (no restocking fee, and SWMWR will cover the return shipping).

For all other returns:

• Store credit returns are free (SWMWR will cover return shipping).
  
• Refunds to original payment method incur a $7 restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping

Please note:

• We Are Not Responsible for Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during shipping or return transit.
• Must Have Tags and Hygiene Liners: Items must be returned with original tags attached and hygiene liners intact.
• Try on Swimwear Over Underwear: Please ensure swimwear is tried on over your underwear for hygiene reasons.
• Late Returns: Late returns will be sent back to the customer.
• Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• No Price Adjustments: We do not offer price adjustments on returned items.
• Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use, must be free of stains and odors and must be unwashed.
• Right to Refuse Returns: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.
• Right to Modify Policy: We reserve the right to modify our return policy at any time.
• Return costs: If not eligible for free return, you are responsible for charges for return shipping.
